My cat wasn't sure what to think of this. At first he stared at it and after about an hour our so he would run up to it and run from it and it became a game. He seems to love how it flops and moves considering all of his other toys are plush, balls or foil balls. Kept him entertained for several items.
2 of my cats are interested in this thing but it is A LOT more fun for them when it is flopping around *underneath* a piece of tissue paper or packing paper. It isn't very loud, they weren't concerned about the noise. It's sort of a squeaky noise. The motions are not random though, they are repetitive which might make it less realistic to the cats. Took a few days before they would play with it by themselves under the tissue paper. Does *not* come with a USB wall charger but it comes with a USB charging cable. An extra phone wall charger should work, takes about 45 min. to fully charge and it has been going for a week now on one charge.
This fish is so fun for our dog to play with. I think it would be a great gift for small / medium sized dogs or cats. It moves when touched, and is very sturdy. Do two batteries, I would not leave this in a cage with a pet, but would be fun to let that play with while you monitor.
This is such a fun toy. The cat will lick it, carry it around, and at random pounce on it. She also will also rub up against it like it is her best friend. Sometimes she lays and sits on it. We have never seen her this attached to anything.
